The Lakehouse will be fully cleaned prior to your check in.  When leaving, you are kindly asked to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition and you are responsible for any damage done or loss sustained during your stay.

Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the Lakehouse, a shoe basket is left for your convenience and slippers are provided for your use.

No smoking is permitted in the Lakehouse at any time.

No prohibited substances may be brought into the Lakehouse or otherwise onto the grounds of Coddington Mill at any time.

No pets are permitted.

Maximum Occupancy is 2 adults. No more than 2 people are permitted to stay in the Lakehouse and no parties or events are permitted.

No swimming, wading or fishing is permitted in the lake or mill pond without our prior consent.

You are free to use the external areas and grounds between the two small metal gates at each end of the path. If you wish to explore the rest of the grounds please contact Sally to check that its convenient. 

We provide duck food for you to feed and interact with our home reared ducks. We ask that you only feed them the food provided and do not feed them anything else in order to ensure that they remain fit and healthy.

Due to the size of the property and the fact it is by water it is not suitable for children.
